As a stakeholder engagement partner for the GC2018 Travel Demand Management Project, P4 Group worked alongside the City of Gold Coast to provide information and support to hundreds of local businesses in readiness for the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. The business community needed to be informed about how they would continue to operate, with roads expected to be heavily congested.
The P4 Group stakeholder engagement team engaged with key stakeholders such as critical health services, high traffic generators and suppliers of dangerous goods to ensure continuation of business operations during the Commonwealth Games. Activities included hosting industry workshops, one-on-one meetings, phone calls, emails and drop-ins.
