DESIRED OUTCOME

P4 Group was initially approached to generate lifestyle, trade and general news editorial coverage both nationally and throughout regional and metro Queensland for Worldwide Hospitality Group‘s (WHG) growing portfolio of restaurant brands.

Achieving instant high-quality results, P4 Group’s scope of works was expanded to include social media strategy and development, franchisee acquisition strategy, internal communications strategy and implementation, corporate and creative copywriting, and ongoing marketing and media relations support.

 


CHALLENGE

To generate awareness and interest in WHG, increase engagement and drive visitation to WHG’s growing portfolio of restaurant brands, including Hello Harry, Junk, 2 Birds and The Office. P4 Group was engaged to:

  • Generate ongoing positive editorial coverage across all channels – social media, digital, print, television
  • Raise awareness of the franchise opportunities with WHG and drive and inspire quality franchisee leads
  • Develop an integrated internal communications strategy to improve team member engagement and motivate future leaders and future franchisees
  • Grow WHG’s social media following for multiple brands (Hello Harry, Junk, 2 Birds, Worldwide Hospitality Group, Walton Stores) across multiple platforms
  • Develop brand bibles for multiple WHG brands
  • Develop brand copy and write website copy for individual restaurant brands Hello Harry, Junk, and 2 Birds, plus WHG’s parent company website.

 


SOLUTION

Given the broad scope of works undertaken for WHG, we positioned ourselves as an extension of the in-house team. P4 Group’s multi-faceted communications strategy includes:

  • Media relations – proactive media relations nationally including press releases, story pitching, ongoing media liaison, media events and activations
  • Social media – social strategy and execution, content creation, photography, advertising, account/page management, competitions, influencer engagement and management
  • Corporate writing – brand bibles, corporate biographies, website content, blog content
  • Events – restaurant openings, media events
  • Franchisee acquisition – franchisee strategy and execution, LinkedIn strategy, development of assets including franchisee acquisition video, editorial and advertorial, advertising strategy
  • Internal communications strategy – implementation of monthly internal EDM, implementation and management of internal Facebook
