    Valley Fiesta is one of Brisbane’s leading music events, yet historically has received limited levels of sponsorship support – due to a range of factors including the packaging and valuation of its assets and sponsorship sales process.


    P4 Group worked with Brisbane City Council and its event producers to audit its past and current sponsorship activities and practices to identify immediate and future opportunities to improve commercial performance. A key objective was also to build competency in the event team to enable them to achieve success in implementing P4 Group’s strategy. Matching the team’s resources and expertise, the strategy recommended a small family of sponsors that was easy to procure and service, but achieved the desired financial outcomes and represented future growth potential.
