COMMUNICATIONS AND STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

    CLIENT

    NAWIC

    DESIRED OUTCOME

To encourage women of all ages, education and professional level to consider a career in construction.

Queensland is riding the resource boom and NAWIC tasked P4 Group to increase awareness of the value of women in the construction industry through its annual awards program.

The Crystal Vision Awards recognise businesses and individuals who are taking positive steps towards raising the profile of women in Queensland’s construction industry, actively working to attract more females and/or improving conditions for women who are already engaged within the industry.

    SOLUTION

P4 Group leveraged from the calibre of entrants for the NAWIC’s annual Crystal Vision Awards to share some of the positive and inspirational stories of women working in the construction industry. Instead of focusing on small pieces encouraging ticket sales, the team focused on deliverying high quality, in-depth features in a variety of media ranging from local, metro, regional and trade media targeting women throughout South East Queensland, Southern Downs, Surat Basin, Central Queensland, North and Far North Queensland.
