Leader in Commercial Real Estate, Burgess Rawson, was looking to increase brand awareness and position themselves as leaders in the national market nationally. P4 Group was engaged to increase awareness of Burgess Rawson’s regular flagship Portfolio Auctions, and pursue profiling opportunities with key staff.

THE SOLUTION

To meet this brief, P4 Group developed and implemented a results-driven public relations plan to position the brand as a significant player in commercial property sale.

Forming vital relationships with a variety of national, state-wide, and local media outlets and property reporters, P4 Group worked to achieve positive media coverage on properties ahead of and post-auction, demonstrating the company’s strong clearance rates and sales success. With some of the brightest minds in the commercial property market, P4 Group also pursued profiling and thought leadership opportunities with key members of the Sales team in national titles.

RESULTS ACHIEVED

Drafting and distributing media material to key media contacts across APN, News Limited, Fairfax, and independent property publications nationally saw P4 Group achieve excellent editorial results for Burgess Rawson. From January 2017 to 2018, P4 Group achieved:

  • A total of 1669 pieces of media coverage, which reached a potential audience of more than 700 million, equating to approximately $6.71 million in advertising spend rate.
