    CHALLENGE

    For more than seven years, P4 Group was charged with achieving commercial success for the Brisbane International Film Festival. By securing a family of sponsors to support the operational costs of the Festival and delivering public relations activities to drive ticket sales and attendance.

     

    SOLUTION

    To capture and sustain the interest of corporates, P4 Group delivered a range of sponsorship services including:

    • Development of the sponsorship strategy
    • Development of all sponsorship support materials including proposals
    • Delivery of a full sales program targeting an array of relevant companies with strong brand alignment and relevance
    • Full sponsorship servicing program, including delivery of all contracted benefits and maintaining strong relationships with sponsors

    To capture audiences, P4 Group developed and implemented a multi-faceted public relations campaign targeting news, lifestyle, special interest and trade media across TV, radio, press, magazine and digital.

    • 20 per cent growth in attendances
    • 40 per cent growth in revenue from sponsorship and ticketing
    • Average $2 million in publicity per annum
    • First ever naming rights sponsor for BIFF from 2008 to 2010
