One of her notable career achievements is executing a comprehensive investor relations campaign for a public Natural Resources company while consulting in New York, resulting in a major re-rating of the company’s share price and significant improvement of the company’s profile. Having been engaged by leading developers, architects, project managers, builders and sales agents, Nina has specialist experience in the property sector. Nina likes to think big, challenge, push boundaries and drive results. She has developed and implemented marketing, branding, communications and engagement campaigns for some of Australia’s highest profile companies, government departments and not-for-profits.
Melody has been in the communications game for 20+ years, offering expertise in marketing, corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, PR and issues management. As Marketing Communications Director at P4 Group, Melody brings to the table highly strategic communications skills honed through complex, deadline-driven and often highly sensitive projects, with clients spanning corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors. Known as a problem solver and strategist, specialist experience includes property, health and sustainability clients.
As Communications Director at P4 Group, Sarah’s areas of expertise include internal and external communication strategy development and delivery, investor relations, media relations, crisis communication and social media. Her industry expertise spans consumer goods, property, retail, technology and professional services. With over fifteen years’ experience across a broad range of industries, Bec has a background in both agency and in-house roles, working on a number of major infrastructure projects as well as the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. Drawing on her education in design, marketing and business, Bec combines this with her experience in problem solving, concept creation and idea generation gained over her diverse background, delivering exceptional results for her clients’ time and time again. Passionate, personable and bright, Rebecca is naturally engaging offering strong skills in project and client management, project briefing and creative implementation. With a strong work ethic and exceptional organisational skills, she can manage multiple projects on time and in budget.
As the Digital and Creative Director of P4, Lauren works closely with clients and team members from all disciplines to solve problems and deliver innovative solutions that help brands engage, change, and grow. With 15 years’ experience in creative design, digital and marketing campaign management for the transport, engineering, infrastructure, and government sectors, Lauren has a strong understanding of what is required to deliver top outcomes for clients on major campaigns. Focusing on the future of business and pushing the boundaries of what is possible, Lauren always has her finger on the pulse of new and emerging design and industry trends and finds innovative ways to assist clients to engage with their audiences.
Armed with 10 year’s industry experience, Lauren’s role as Operations Director sees her leading key client accounts as a lead strategist and on-the-ground asset, as well as driving positive culture, staff retention and business growth at P4 Group. Lauren’s careers in the PR and communications space has seen her specialise in traditional media strategy and solutions, organic social media campaign management, event and activation management and client relations. Since starting at P4 Group as an Account Manager in 2014, Lauren has led major campaigns, including News Corporation’s annual Bridge to Brisbane, Mates4Mates, Virgin Australia Supercars Championship Vodafone Gold Coast 600, StayWell Holdings, projects for the Department of Premier and Cabinet and Legacy Brisbane’s 2019 Remembrance Day campaign. With a passion for bringing the best out in everyone that crosses her path, Lauren has established herself as a respected, results-driven operator, with a ‘little black book’ to prove it!
With more than 11 years’ experience as a government relations and advocacy professional working in consulting, government, NFP and the small business sector, Kate brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients and P4 Group. Through her work in government at local, state, and federal level, Kate has accumulated vast experience in government relations, advocacy, campaigns, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, project management, media relations and brand reputation and management. As a professional spokesperson, Kate has appeared before state and federal parliamentary committees and senate inquiries representing the views of members and/or clients and appeared across major media platforms such as Sky News, Australian Financial Review, ABC News, and The Australian.
Erin is an experienced account lead who has spent eight years agency-side working with both consumer and B2B companies. Her client portfolio spans various industries including consumer technology, fintech, fashion, media, energy and property. Throughout her career, Erin has led agency teams in Australia, the USA and UK to successfully plan and implement media relations and integrated marketing campaigns at both a national and global level. As an Account Director, Erin provides secure leadership and strategic guidance for her clients and ensures that campaign objectives are achieved.
Rhianne joined P4 Group in 2018 and brings 15 years of marketing and communications experience with private and ASX-listed companies to the team. As an Account Director, Rhianne oversees the creation and delivery of marketing and communications strategies for clients across a range of industries. With years of senior management experience in the corporate sector, she quickly finds common ground with P4 Group clients and is most excited by the opportunity to strengthen and transform brands while achieving commercially robust outcomes. Jordan is the Senior Digital Account Manager for P4 with extensive experience across a host of digital disciplines. With over five years experience from agency, consulting and public relations environments, Jordan is able to deliver on innovative and engaging solutions as a result from combined technical skill and client engagement. As a Senior Digital Account Manager for P4, Jordan is committed with identifying and delivering unique digital solutions for clients and collaborating closely with them for the delivery of the highest outcomes. His technical skills in web-development (eg. HTML5, CSS3, jQuery etc.) and digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media campaign management, UX/UI etc) complement well with his account management and project management skills, and result in the efficient roll-out of clever digital solutions.
Emma is an energetic and highly-motivated professional offering a diverse range of skills with commitment to effective communication and marketing campaign management. As a media communication and marketing specialist, Emma enjoys working in the fast-paced arena of the ever-changing landscape of engagement, social media and campaign activations. With experience working within large organisations, government departments and multi-faceted teams Emma is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines. Meghan has 11 years’ experience in the community engagement industry, with the last 6 of these in hands on implementation roles to a vast array of community engagement programs. With a comprehensive understanding of local government community involvement and internal approval processes, she has developed a strong working knowledge of the infrastructure and public service industry. She is highly skilled in day-to-day community and stakeholder liaison, and establishes an immediate rapport with most community members. Meghan is also highly competent in the development of databases and management of correspondence, facilitation assistance, project reporting and print production.
As a Senior Graphic Designer, Beth brings over 7 years of experience and passion to her role at P4. She thrives on the constant challenges the job provides and believes there’s no greater feeling than exceeding a client’s expectations. Beth has an extensive background in the tourism, government and industry sectors, spanning across both in-house and agency roles. With a huge amount of experience with print and publications, she is proficient in publication layouts, infographic design and typography, as well as branding, motion graphics, web design and illustration.
As an Account Executive at P4 Group, Rachel provides support with the development and management of client campaigns and projects for the Marketing Communications team. Working across a number of industries including health, social services, education and not-for-profit, Rachel assists with client and industry research, reporting, media liaison and copywriting. Rachel’s enthusiasm for the communications industry lies in her passion to create remarkably crafted messages that fall into the hands of a precisely selected audience. Prior to her role at P4, Rachel completed a double degree in Business (Public Relations) and Creative Industries (Fashion) at Queensland University of Technology and also participated in two overseas study exchanges in Colombia and the United States. Throughout her studies and time as a public relations intern, Rachel developed a particular interest in branding, reputation and issues management and also gained exposure to digital marketing, events management and copywriting.
As an Account Executiveat P4 Group, Lexy supports the team of communications specialists to deliver public relations, marketing, event management, and partnership solutions for businesses across a variety of industries including the hospitality, retail, property and corporate sectors. As a natural people-person with a knack for copywriting and high attention to detail, Lexy is exploring her love of communicating brand messages through creative content at P4 Group. Previously having supported the agency’s account teams as a public relations and marketing intern, Lexy has now seamlessly slotted into life at P4 Group full-time. Prior to her role at P4 Group, Lexy gained further industry experience through various internships in events, PR agencies, and journalism newsrooms while completing a dual Bachelors of Journalism and Business (Public Relations) at the Queensland University of Technology.
As an Account Executive at P4 Group, Casey supports the team to deliver public relations, marketing, event management, and partnership solutions for businesses across a variety of industries including the hospitality, retail, property and corporate sectors. As an enthusiastic, professional communicator, Casey is driven to build strong interpersonal relationships with stakeholders and exceed client expectations. Prior to her role at P4 Group, Casey gained further industry experience through an internship within the press operations team at the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games. After completing her three-month internship, Casey secured a full-time position for the remaining duration of the games.
In her role at P4, Jemma provides support to the Marketing Communications team with the development of client campaigns, projects and events. Working across several industries including government, not-for-profit and tourism, Jemma assists with client and industry research, copywriting, reporting and stakeholder engagement. As an affable member of the team, with a high attention to detail, Jemma is exploring her love of communicating brand messages through inspired content. Prior to joining P4, Jemma supported the agency as a marketing and public relations intern. Having completed a Bachelor of International Business at Griffith University, she has now seamlessly positioned herself as a member of the team full-time.
Laura joined the team in 2019 to assist with the smooth-running of the office, with diverse duties in all areas. Originally from Romania, she has studied economics, tourism and has her Masters in Business Administration, with experience in hospitality and administration. Laura is the glue that keeps everything running efficiently and her positive attitude and passion for human connection makes her a valued team member of P4 Group.
