The National Heart Foundation of Australia

Sponsorship & Licensing

P4 has been working with the National Heart Foundation of Australia to develop the not-for-profit organisation’s sponsorship and licensing offerings. As one of Australia’s most trusted charities, the Heart Foundation saves lives and improves health through funding world-class cardiovascular research, guidelines for health professionals, informing the public and assisting people with cardiovascular disease. P4 have enhanced the Heart Foundation’s capacity to deliver such programs by sourcing funding from sponsors for their various campaigns such as Jump Rope for Heart and Go Red for Women as well as managing licensing arrangements for the Heart Foundation tick program. In 2011, these services have been extended to include providing strategic sponsorship support at a divisional level.

Events

P4 worked closely with the Heart Foundation on the planning and execution of the inaugural 2011 Go Red for Women Roadshow. The national Roadshow travelled to all states and the ACT to help increase awareness of heart disease as the number one killer of Australian women. P4 was set with the huge task of organising everything involved in bringing this event to life including liaising with sponsors, talent, suppliers, venues, organising dates, cooking demonstrations, guest speakers, run sheets, exercise routines and the publicity of not only the Roadshow but the sponsors involved.

Publicity & Communications

In 2011, P4 increased the scope of services provided to include publicity and communications support to the Heart Foundation Queensland on a wide range of programs and events. This included implementing a proactive media strategy and gaining publicity for campaigns including Jump Rope for Heart, Doorknock Appeal, Go Red for Women, Warning Signs and Heart Week.
